Pre-Collect Services: For qualified clients, Rocky Mountain Credit will provide a FREE “Final Notice” service. This system is designed to allow the client to institute a deadline and consequence notification to their debtors at no charge, while still gaining the benefit of Rocky Mountain Credit as its’ third party collection entity. It also provides ease of placement to full collection for our clients on those accounts that do not respond by the deadline. 1st Placement Accounts: 30% Contingency Fee Rocky Mountain Credit accepts first placement collections at 30%. This means our client will receive back 70% of the balance assigned as we collect it. No collection = no charge. 2nd Placement Accounts: 45% Contingency Fee Rocky Mountain Credit accepts second placement accounts at 45%. Accordingly, our client will receive back 55% of the balance assigned as we collect it. A secondary placement is an account that has been previously assigned to another agency by the client, and then recalled and re-assigned to Rocky Mountain Credit. Collection Fee Clause in Client Contracts: 0% Contingency Fee *FREE* Our clients can utilize our service for free, when the accounts assigned for collection include a signed contract with a collection fee clause authorizing the assessment of collection charges in the event the account is turned over for collection. Rocky Mountain Credit will be glad to assist our clients in proper wording of this clause upon request, and will make samples available. Credit Reporting: Rocky Mountain Credit reports all valid accounts to the national credit bureaus for our clients. We do this on a monthly basis for the full legal period of time allowed, in compliance with the FCRA. Account Acknowledgments: As our client, you will receive a detailed acknowledgement report each time new accounts are assigned for collection. Customized Services/Web Access: Rocky Mountain Credit will provide each client access to their accounts through a private Web Portal upon request. This web access allows our clients to view assigned accounts, create and print a variety of reports based specifically on each client’s needs, download or enter new accounts, send messages, etc. It is very flexible and user friendly. There is no charge for this service.
